Pickleball Warrior Academy LLC ("we", "us") operates this website and publishes apps and games. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our client projects, and the apps and games we publish unless a specific app provides its own policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, and the details you include when you contact us about a project or sign a proposal.
- Client project data. Content, credentials, and materials you share so we can build your app, game, website, or music. We use them only for your project and delete or return them when it ends.
- Payment details. Invoices are paid through a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment; we do not store full card or bank numbers.
- Usage information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.
- App and game data. Our apps and games may store scores, progress, and settings you enter. Where an app requires an account, we store the email address used to create it. Multiplayer games transmit the gameplay data needed to run a match.
How we use it
- To scope, deliver, and support the work you have asked for.
- To reply to your messages and send proposals, invoices, and receipts.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website and the apps and games we publish.
- To send occasional news about what we have shipped, only if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
Our apps and games are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our apps, contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and code repositories), each bound to use it only on our behalf, and when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep project and billing records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing email, by writing to hello@pickleballwarrioracademy.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify clients and app users by email or in-app notice.
